constant negativity

Have you ever been around those people whom are constantly negative? its so hard to breathe around them, as id they suck the life from you one breath at a time.

All in a long days work

Today was a long day. Today was the big meeting with DDD about the hours for the kiddos I work with and the services they receive. In the end, it all went well, but it just seemed like a lot of deliberation to keep what they should rightfully have.
Why is it so hard for the state to want to help those that can't help themselves
